Application instructions

  1. Please complete all sections in the application form and send it back to us.
  2. After successfully registering, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of application. Please note that this is not a final confirmation of the space requested.
  3. The process of allocating the exhibitors starts in January 2023. Exhibitors will be allocated on a first come - first served basis.
  4. If you agree to the stand proposal, you will receive the admission letter with your log-in data for our Online Service Center. The invoice will be sent out after you have received the confirmation.
  5. The invoice will be sent out after you have received the confirmation.
  6. Services (water, electricity depending on usage etc.) can be ordered in our Online Service Center and will be invoiced directly after the event.
